OK below are very beta, but very capable builds (unless you can tell us otherwise)

Please let us know by posting still in the dev

[To see links please register here]

section clearly stating 'Legacy Build'

Please check:

RDB in browser for any inconsistencies
RDX in browser for any inconsistencies (still newer ones missing info, please help)
CHM Support  for any inconsistencies
CHT for any inconsistencies (still newer ones missing and any help via cheat search for new support would be great)

and obviously any game settings that could be improved.

By all means post images, videos and game saves of any issues need investigating.

Neko: Check out the Cheat Search (Ctrl+R) when game is loaded and have a play
Clements and Squall: See how she handles against the RDB statements please?

And any other issues that may arise.

Thank you

Edit:

Lagacy
You don't say  Wink)

This doesn't include the rdb stuff I'm starting to work on, does it?
That might not go over well!

I will add this here since it's just between us.

I am working on the way PJ64 handles the settings files, all of them.
The goal is to add one unified method of accessing the files, sorting them possibly (?), and anything anyone else can think of.
I think Gent mentioned encryption of some kind, to prevent others from just using this rdb on any other version of PJ64.
That's mainly for stability reasons there as we will have 1.6.X settings that no one else does and I'm going to be trimming down the RDB file size a bit.

On a more on topic note, please do test out the cheat search as much as you can.
I am aware it is missing some features and the control of the list is very lacking but feel free to make a thread somewhere and post your wishes, your concerns, anything you can think of.
I can't promise to be prompt on trying to implement the wanted feature since there is so much for me to do but I will keep it in mind and add it to my list.

I tried to aim for both speed and stability on cheat search so it shouldn't be anywhere near as bad as 2.3's cheat search.
Gent showed me a vid where it took over 45 seconds to do a search...
Ours will take maybe a split second at worst.
However, I didn't do the most efficient space management so I do expect memory to rise a bit when searching.
I will look into that, soon.
I swear.

Gent did reveal a problem I hadn't been aware of that I am trying to think on.
It seems we don't handle text replacement through cheats.
The cheat goes in to memory alright but the emulator just seems to ignore it.
This is important as Text Search is on my list of things to look at in the near future.

I spend a few hours investigating but the need to sleep is winning out, as it is I'm nodding off typing these posts.
I figured I should look since Gent told me he finally posted the files.

And OMG this changing Res when rom loads  :'(
In all seriousness, check out the Video below for the nrather nasty issue here.
Gforce Video Card and your OGL v10.01 seems to change the desktop rers on rom load and will not change back until i close the entire exe. Also as you can see in the video, once emulation has ended, the next rom load will be blank until you close and reopen the exe.

This is MUdlords Rice Video Plugin Using OGL and the Low Windows Desktop does not happen.
Also Rest/Config changes/End Emulation and load a new rom with no issues.
