Since you are reading
this, you've probably done
this already, but I'll
include it here for the sake
of completeness.
Project64 Legacy - 1.6.2
(Alpha) Inclusive Archive
available
here, is a Portable
Emulator.
This is very
simple, there is no install
(or
uninstall) program.
- Right click and
Extract Here with your
prefered file archiver
software to a directory
of your choosing. (If
you do not have a
installed we recommend
7zip, as 7-Zip is
free software with open
source)
- You will now see a
folder named Project64
Legacy - 1.6.2 (Alpha)
- That's it! Run
Project64_1.6.2.exe or
Project64_1.6.2_XP.exe
(depending on your
Windows Operating
System)
All the necessary files
to get you started and
playing N64 games are
included (apart from
the games themselves!).
You will be asked to
choose a language (read more
about this
here).

of this manual.
